to PRODIGY 17 DANCE
At Prodigy 17 Dance Company, our mission is to cultivate versatile, forward-thinking artists through innovative choreography, personalized instruction, and professional mentorship. Our choreography is original and purposefully different — it’s what draws many to our program and sets us apart! With a foundation of 15 years of national award-winning excellence, we train dancers through each stage in their dance journey, to develop the confidence, discipline, and versatility needed to succeed — whether it be drill teams, pursuing college dance programs, professional careers, or any path they choose.

Reserved studio time. Unlimited potential.
On select days each week, Open Floor access is available for Prodigy 17 company members to fine-tune choreography, drill technique, or push their personal growth. A limited number of studio rentals will also be available to the public for private lessons—by request only.
This is your space to do the work others won’t.
COMPANY TECHNIQUE CLASS (ages 7+)
Join us for high-level Intermediate/Advanced Ballet & Technique classes, held three times per week. These 2-hour sessions are required for company dancers but also open to the public as drop-in classes. Each class blends classical ballet, multi-genre technique, and conditioning/stretching to build strength, flexibility, and refined movement quality.
MASTER CLASSES
Take your training to the next level with our rotating Master Classes, offered weekly or monthly. These classes are optional for company dancers and open to the public. Each session features a new genre—
All Star, hip hop, jazz, tap, and more—taught by a mix of in-house instructors and top guest choreographers/instructors.
Perfect for dancers looking to stay inspired and grow their versatility.

Our Prodigy 17 dancers have been making waves in the local community. The dancers are in finishing up competition season at the end of June. We were thrilled to have been a part of Friendswood Holiday in the Park and Parade, Boofest at the Houston Children's Museum, Friendswood Halloween in the Park, and Cline Elementary Clinefest this season! Don't forget the studio fun too: Think Pink Week and our 1st Annual Haunted House Event! The dancers put on outstanding performances. We are so proud of our dancers and their hard work!
